We're looking for an experienced frontend developer with strong React skills to join our product team and help build Unified Orbis and LaxHR.

About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Laxsis Technologies, you will build and maintain interfaces for our flagship products. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ship exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and modern TypeScript
Collaborate with design to implement polished, accessible interfaces
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Participate in code reviews and give constructive feedback
Troubleshoot and debug issues across our frontend applications
Optimize applications for speed and scalability
Stay current with emerging frontend trends and tools

Requirements

5+ years of experience in frontend development
Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with state management solutions
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client
Contributions to open-source projects
Experience with performance optimization
Understanding of accessibility standards
